Tournament deadlines control when specific registration, lineup, statistician, and public information activities become available or unavailable during your event. Follow the steps below to enable deadlines and assign the appropriate dates and times.

You can set deadlines for:

• Closing pre-registration
• Teams finalizing their lineups
• Releasing lineups to statisticians
• Locking out statisticians
• Releasing information to the public

Set Deadlines for an Open-Format Tournament

1. Click Setup > Settings.
2. Find Use Deadlines and set it to Yes.
3. Refresh the page.
4. Click Setup > Deadlines.
5. Assign the appropriate date and time to each deadline.
6. Save your changes.

Note: You do not need to turn on deadlines for a predefined or dual team tournament.
