The pre-registration system is a separate system from TrackWrestling, and so you need to import registered wrestlers into TrackWrestling after pre-registration:

1. Log in to your event as an admin.
2. Click Registration > Importing/Uploading > Wrestlers from Pre-Registration. You can also get there by going to the Left Menu and selecting Registration and then Pre-Registration.
3. The page that opens displays the default mapping of fields from the pre-registration system into your tournament. You can change the default field mapping from this page (not recommended unless you have added data fields in the Pre-Reg).
   1. Each column represents a mapping of a pre-registration field to a tournament field. The left drop-down box is the field from the pre-registration system, and the right drop-down box is the field from the tournament.
   2. For any additional fields you added to the pre-registration, make sure that the field is being mapped into the tournament field you want to map it into.
4. Choose your import type and the groups you would like to import. (You will likely only use Insert)
   1. The Insert option is used to import wrestlers into the tournament for the first time. This is normally done once pre-registration is closed, but can be done multiple times. The wrestlers will not be duplicated.
   2. The Update option is used to revise information that has already been imported into the tournament, such as team or actual weight. Using the update option will revert the participant's information to what it was during pre-registration.
5. Choose whether to import paid registrants, unpaid registrants, or both at the bottom of the page.
6. Click Import Data.
