Trackwrestling Seasons gives youth and middle school organizations and individual teams one place to manage wrestlers, schedules, and results throughout the season. Organizations can use a season to manage multiple teams and their users, while individual teams can use the same tools to keep their season information organized.

The information below explains the available features and how to get started.

What's Included in a Season?

Teams can use several tools to manage their season:

  • Roster: Maintain a list of wrestlers and information such as age, weight, and record. Wrestlers can also be imported from the roster into Trackwrestling events your team has been invited to.
  • Schedule: Add season events, import results from Trackwrestling events, and enter dual meet results.
  • Matches: Select a wrestler to review their matches and results.
  • Statistics: Create customizable reports to track team statistics. Teams can choose to purchase the Statistics program by credit card.

Set Up a Youth or Middle School Organization

If you manage an organization, Trackwrestling can set it up as a governing body so you can manage teams and team users within the organization.

Contact Trackwrestling Support and provide:

  • Organization name and preferred abbreviation.
  • Governing body administrator's name.
  • Administrator's email address.
  • State.
  • Season type, either Youth or Middle School.
  • List of weight classes.

The Support Team can assist with setting up the governing body.

Set Up an Individual Team

You can also use a Trackwrestling season if your team isn't associated with an organization.

When creating the team, select Other as the governing body.

Important

Youth and Middle School seasons don't use the OPC/weight management program, so there is no cost to use these seasons.

Some governing bodies are locked. A team can't be added to a locked governing body without permission from that organization.

The Statistics program is an optional purchase and isn't included automatically with the season.
