You can choose what tournament registration information is visible to the public, including the number of registrations by weight class and wrestler information. Use these settings when you want to show or hide registration details before your event. Follow the steps below to manage each setting.

Show or Hide the Wrestler Matrix

The Wrestler Matrix gives the public a view of registration numbers by weight class before the tournament. You can choose whether this information is available publicly through your Pre-Registration settings.

1. Log in to Pre-Registration as an administrator.
2. Click Basic Info.
3. Find Would you like to make a wrestler matrix of registration numbers available to the public?
4. Change the setting based on whether you want the Wrestler Matrix shown or hidden.
5. Click Save.

Show or Hide Wrestler Counts

The wrestler count setting is managed from your tournament rather than Pre-Registration.

1. Log in to your tournament as an administrator.
2. Click Setup > Settings.
3. Find Show Wrestler Counts.
4. Change the setting based on whether you want the information shown or hidden.
5. Click Save.
