Seed maps determine where seeded teams are placed within a chart. Editing the seed map allows you to customize bracket placement to match your tournament format or preferred seeding arrangement. The video below demonstrates how seed maps work and walks through the editing process. If you're unfamiliar with seed maps, it's a great place to start before making changes.

Edit a Seed Map

1. Go to Bracketing > Bracket Types.
2. Select the chart you want to edit.
3. Click Edit Seed Map.
4. Click the blue Here link to open the seed map.
5. Update the numbers in the Seed column.
6. Click Save Map.
