The functions available for a Dual team tournament are Fill Unknowns, Enter bouts, and Reset.
Open Staging Operations
Add Random Wrestlers: This allows you to add wrestlers to your event so that you can practice running your event. Please note: You will have to have your groups/divisions added to be able to use this function.
- Once you have copied your event to the test site, log in to your event and click on the Left Menu.
- Click on Operations
- If you do not see Operations in the Left menu, click on Setup.
- On the Settings page, look for the red setting that says Activate this when you are on the testing site practicing, and change it to Yes.
- Select Add Random Wrestlers from the Dropdown menu.
- Add information in the fields and check the groups you would like to add the wrestlers to.
- Click the Add Random Wrestlers button. (You will get a message letting you know that the system is working. Click Ok here. Once the function has run, you will get a message letting you know that the process was run without errors.)
- You can use a total number of wrestlers to be spread across the different groups, or enter specific numbers for each group. (If you use a total number, be aware that the system will randomly assign weights to the wrestlers, and you could end up with weights that don't make sense for that grou.p) .
- If you are going to have the system add wrestlers to existing teams, you will need to have teams added to the event on the test site already.
- You can tell the system to add weights if you would like to assign weights or not, depending on what you like.
- If you are going to add wrestlers by age group, your weight range should reflect that.
Perform a Random Weigh: This allows you to give the participants a random weight. When entering the percentages, you will want to enter these numbers as a decimal, EX:10% would be .10. You will need to have at least one weight class set up with a max weight set. *If you are block bracketing, you can use N/A and just set a max weight.
Enter Bouts: This allows you to enter random results for bouts to see how the event will progress using your settings. You will need to make sure that you have built brackets, assigned them to a mat or loaded mats, and assigned the number scheme.
- You will be asked to enter the Maximum Match ID or Bout number
- If you use a Match ID, the number you enter is the number of match IDs the system will enter results for. (Match IDs can be found on the sample bracket.) EX: Maximum 3 match IDs, the system would add results for the first 3 matches on all of the brackets
- Bout number will allow you to specify which bout numbers get results. You can enter a single number, certain numbers ( EX, 1,5,10,), or a range (EX, 1-4)
Reset: Allows you to reset certain areas of your event and should only be used if you are sure you want to reset/ delete that information. You can reset the following information:
- Workers
- Teams
- Statisticians
- Round
- Participants
- Mats
- WeightClasses

- Unapproved Participants
