Trackwrestling gives event directors the option to either cover the registration processing fees or pass them along to registrants. Events that use Trackwrestling to collect online payments from at least 75% of their participants can also have their event management fees waived. Registration processing fees

Registration processing fees include:
- $2.00 per wrestler, per entry, regardless of whether the participant pays online or onsite.
- 3.15% per transaction for online payments.
Choose who covers the registration processing fees
When setting up your registration, you can choose whether your event will cover the registration processing fees or pass them along to your registrants.
You make this selection on the Basic Info page of your registration.
Important: This setting cannot be changed after registration is activated. Make sure you have selected the option you want before activating your registration.
Qualify for waived event management fees
Events that collect online payments from at least 75% of their participants can have their event management fees waived. Registration processing fees can still be passed along to registrants, but the event will not be charged an additional event management fee for bracketing the tournament when the online payment requirement is met.
How fees apply based on payment collection
Registration fees are handled differently depending on how your event collects payments:
- Events collecting online payments: A transaction fee and per-wrestler entry fee are assessed.
- Events not collecting online payments: The event is invoiced a per-wrestler entry fee for using the registration system.
- Events using registration without brackets: Events such as camps or club registrations are invoiced a per-wrestler entry fee for using the registration system.
The current registration processing fee replaced the previous additional $0.25 per wrestler fee.
Invoices and deposits
The weekly invoice and deposit schedule remains the same.
