*UPDATE*
Starting March 11, 2024, events that collect online payments from at least 75% of their participants will have their event management fees waived. The registration fees can still be passed to registrants, but you will not be charged an additional fee for bracketing your tournament.

As of March 2023, Trackwrestling has a new feature that allows event directors to pass registration processing fees to the registrant. In the past, registration processing fees were paid entirely by the event director. Now, events will need to choose to either pass on the processing fees or continue to absorb them.

The new fee structure is detailed on the pre-registration pricing page and in the event order process. The fee is $2.00 per wrestler per entry (regardless of online or onsite payment), plus 3.15% per transaction for all online payments. The decision to keep or pass on the processing fees will be made on the Basic Info page of the registration. This setting cannot be changed after the registration is activated.

Please note:

• Events collecting online payments will be assessed a transaction fee and a per-wrestler entry fee.
• Events not collecting online payments will be invoiced a per-wrestler entry fee to use the registration system.
• Events using only registration and not brackets (like for a camp or club registration) will be invoiced a per-wrestler entry fee to use the registration system. The new processing fee replaces the previous additional $0.25 per wrestler fee.
