Managing a team of wrestlers can mean a lot of event registrations. A Trackwrestling Club Account keeps your athletes together so you can select who is competing, update the necessary registration information, and submit event registrations more efficiently. Clubs that want additional promotional and reporting features can upgrade to a Distinguished Club Account.

Club Account

A free Trackwrestling Club Account lets you list your athletes and simplify event registration.

Once your athletes are added, you can:

  • Select the wrestlers participating in an event.
  • Edit the necessary registration fields.
  • Submit the event registration.

Distinguished Club Account

A Distinguished Club Account is a paid add-on to the free Club Account.

Distinguished Club benefits include:

  • A link to your club's website in tournaments and on brackets.
  • Emails to your media contacts when your wrestlers participate in an event.
  • Inclusion in Elite Club rankings, including the opportunity to reach the top five Elite Clubs.
  • Access to reports summarizing how your wrestlers perform in events.

A Distinguished Club Account costs $50 for one year of service.

Register Your Club

  1. Go to Trackwrestling.com.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select Club Team.
  4. Select Register Your Club.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration.

Sign In to Your Club Account

  1. Go to Trackwrestling.com.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select Club Team.
  4. Enter your club account login information.

Upgrade to a Distinguished Club Account

After signing in to your Club Account, you'll see a message indicating that the club has not yet paid to become a Trackwrestling Distinguished Club for the season.

Use the link provided in that message to complete the payment process and upgrade.

Forgot Your Club Account Password?

Use the club account password-reset option to reset your password.

Your username is the email address used to register the club.

Club Refund Policy

Paid Distinguished Club members who haven't used their benefits may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees, within seven days of the purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after the seven-day period will not be granted.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to the Trackwrestling home page.
  2. Select Support.
  3. Select Contact Support.
  4. Submit your refund request.

Approved refunds are typically issued within 3-7 business days. Processing may take longer depending on the card issuer.
