To live stream an event through TrackCast, you will need the following equipment:
Windows Based PC
- Intel core I7
- 8 GB of Ram
- Solid State Hard drive
- USB 3.0 Port
- Gigabit Ethernet Port
Webcam - Webcams can be used to replace the camera, video capture device, and HDMI cord. You will not have the ability to zoom in and out if using a webcam.
- Tested Options: Logitech C922x, Logitech C920
- May need USB extender if cord is too short
OR
Sony Handycam (Or similar camcorder)
Video Capture Device-- We recommend the StarTech USB 3.0 HD Capture Device - 1080p
Camera Tripod-- Basic Tripod (Optional Zoom Remote)
HDMI Cable-- Micro HDMI to HDMI cord
