Electronic bouts allow mat-side workers to score matches digitally during a dual tournament. Before scoring can begin, you'll need to enable mats, assign charts to mats, configure bout strings, and add workers to your event. Follow the steps below to set up electronic bouts for your tournament. Watch the video below to see the complete setup process in action.

Enable Mats

1. Go to Settings from the left menu or the Setup menu.
2. Set Use Mats to Yes.

Assign Charts to Mats

1. Go to Mats from the left menu, Setup, or Operating menu.
2. For each chart in your tournament:
   1. Select the red chart link.
   2. Assign the mat or mats used for that chart.
   3. Enter the appropriate match IDs in the Regulation Bout String field to specify which duals will be scored on each mat. Match IDs can be found by viewing the Sample bracket. They are the blue numbers listed by each bout.

Add Workers

Before electronic scoring can begin, each mat operator must have a worker account.

1. Go to Users > Workers from the left menu or Setup menu.
2. Click Add Worker.
3. Enter the requested information.
4. Click Add.
