Bout sheets provide the information needed to score and manage each match during your tournament. Depending on your needs, you can print individual bout sheets, multiple bout sheets on a single page, or a blank bout sheet for exhibition matches or emergencies. Follow the sections below for the type of bout sheet you want to print, or watch the video below to see the process in action.

Please note that menus may have changed slightly since this video was recorded. FloPRO replaced TW GOLD+ in 2021.

Bout Status Colors

The bout list uses colors to indicate each bout's status.

  • No Color: The bout is ready to print.
  • Yellow: The bout is waiting for the results of another bout and cannot be printed yet.
  • Green: The bout has already been completed.

Print Selected Bout Sheets

  1. Go to Operating > Printing > Bout Sheets.
  2. Use the filters on the left to locate the bouts you want to print.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each bout you want to print.
  4. Click Print Selected Bouts.
  5. Review the print preview.
  6. Click Print.
  7. When prompted, choose whether to mark the selected bouts as printed:
    • Click OK to mark the bouts as printed on the bout schedule.
    • Click Cancel to leave them marked as unprinted.

Print Multiple Bout Sheets Per Page

You can print multiple bouts on the same page to reduce the number of pages needed for bout sheets. Select the bouts you want to print, narrow them by round, group, weight class, or mat, and then choose how many bouts appear on each page. Watch the video below for a visual walkthrough of the printing process.

  1. Go to Operating > Printing > Bout Sheets.
  2. Click Print Selected Bouts without selecting any bouts.
  3. On the Print Bout Sheets page, choose how you want to filter the bouts:
    • Group
    • Weight Class
    • Mat
    • Round
    • Specific Bouts
  4. Enter the appropriate match IDs for the selected filter, if required.
    • You can click the blue bracket name to view a sample bracket and locate the match IDs.
    • Selecting the Round option will autopopulate the match IDs.
  5. Select 2 Bouts per Sheet from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Print.
  7. When prompted, choose whether to mark the bouts as printed.
  8. Print the generated document from your browser.

Tip

Printing 2 bouts per page is a good option for reducing the number of pages while keeping each bout sheet readable and usable.

Print a Blank Bout Sheet

Blank bout sheets can be used for exhibition matches or as a backup if electronic scoring becomes unavailable.

  1. Go to Left Menu > Print Documents > Bout Sheets.
  2. Click Advanced Settings.
  3. Scroll to View Sample.
  4. Tab through the fields and remove the existing information.
  5. Click View Sample.
  6. When prompted about grid lines:
    • Click OK to display the grid lines.
    • Click Cancel to hide the grid lines.
  7. Print the blank bout sheet or save it as a PDF.

Tip

  • Save a PDF of a blank bout sheet before your tournament begins. Having a printable backup can be helpful for exhibition matches or if you need to temporarily switch to paper because of an internet outage.
  • Wait for the bout sheets to finish loading before printing.
  • Use your browser's Print Preview to confirm you're printing the correct bout sheets before sending them to the printer.
