Before you can stream your tournament, you'll need to create or select a Live Event and request video streams for your mats. Your Live Event determines how the event appears on FloSports, and your mat streams provide the individual streams used during competition.
Set up your Live Event
- Log in to your event.
- Go to Setup > Video Streams.
- Click Live Event.
- Select NEW to the right of the Live Event dropdown.
- Enter the Event Name. This is the name that will be displayed for your event on FloSports.
- Enter the Start Time and complete the remaining information on the form.
Link multiple Trackwrestling events to the same Live Event
If you have multiple Trackwrestling events that should be grouped under the same Live Event on FloSports, connect each one to the Live Event you created.
- Log in to another Trackwrestling event.
- Go to Setup > Video Streams > Live Event.
- Open the Live Event dropdown.
- Select your Live Event from the list.
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps for any additional Trackwrestling events you want to include.
When multiple Trackwrestling events are connected to the same Live Event, you do not need to reassign the broadcast settings when switching a mat from one event to another.
Request video streams for your mats
Add your mats to the tournament before requesting streams. This allows Trackwrestling to determine how many mats your event will be running.
- Log in to your event.
- Go to Setup > Video Streams.
- Click Add Mat Streams to request streams for the mats you've already added to your event.
If you need to add an individual stream manually, use Add Mat Stream instead.
Request your streams at least 7 days before the event
Video streams are approved daily, Monday through Friday. Submit your request at least 7 days before your event to allow time for approval.
Once your streams are approved, a video server will be added, and you'll be ready to continue your streaming setup.
