On each Matside Computer:

  1. Ensure OBS is closed.
  2. Open the Controller Folder.
  3. Run UpdateController.bat to update the controller.
  4. Run MatsideServer.bat to start the matside server.
  5. Run Controller.html in Google Chrome.
    1. Choose the type of tournament.
    2. Choose Clock yes or no.
    3. Select TW from the drop-down server list.
    4. Choose the Style of Wrestling.
    5.  Riding Time (Yes for college with no riding time controller), No for all else.
    6. Click Save Settings.
    7. Click Event - Search and log in with your Worker login.
    8. On the Matches page, choose the mat number at the top of the page. *Please note that the Streaming drop-down should have the same mat number selected.
    9. Click Video in the left menu of the page.
    10. Update the Broadcast Settings by choosing the Mat Number and clicking Assign. (Click ok on the pop-up confirmation).
    11. Choose the OBS Scene Trackwrestling and Click Assign. (Click ok on the pop-up confirmation).
  6. Open OBS (Do not update OBS. You should be using version 27.1.3).
  7. Ensure the video is showing and fits the video display.
    1. If the video display is black, Right-click on Video under Sources.
    2. Select Properties.
    3. Click the Device dropdown.
    4. Choose the webcam option in the drop-down.
    5. Then choose your camera device in the drop-down, and you should see the video (If you don't, make sure everything is plugged in correctly and turned on).
    6. Save Settings.
  8. Configure OBS Settings.
    1. Click Settings.
    2. Choose Output.
    3. Change Output Mode to Advanced.
    4. Change Keyframe Interval to 2.
    5. Change Profile to Baseline.
    6. Change CPU Usage to Veryfast.
      1. If you’re getting an encoder overload message when streaming, you can change CPU usage to Ultrafast, and this will help lower the CPU load.
    7. Consult with your Flosports Stream Tech about what Bitrate to send your streams at.  This is determined by the venue's internet speeds.
    8. Save Settings.
  9.  Click Start Streaming.
  10. Check the bottom bar in OBS to view OBS CPU usage, streaming status, error messages, etc.  View Step 8-f if you are overloading to lower CPU usage.
