Uploading files to your tournament gives you a place to store event resources that you may need to reference or share. Tournament flyers use a separate upload option in Settings so the flyer can be associated directly with your event. Use the method below that matches the type of file you want to upload. General File Uploads

Method 1: Upload a General File

Use File Uploads for general tournament files that you want to upload and reference with a URL.

  1. Click Setup > File Uploads.
  2. Click Upload File.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Select the file from your computer.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Refresh the page to display the uploaded file.
  7. Copy the file's URL and paste it where needed.

Method 2: Upload a Tournament Flyer

Tournament flyers are uploaded from your tournament settings.

  1. Click Setup > Settings.
  2. Find the Event Flyer field and click Upload.
  3. Select the flyer file from your computer.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Click Save Tournament Info.

Note

If you receive a message that the file is too large or that you have used your upload quota, reduce the file size and try uploading it again.

Continue reducing the file size until it is small enough to upload.
