Trackwrestling Profile/myTRACK Account

Whether you are a wrestler, fan, coach, or tournament administrator, myTRACK allows you to easily search and manage the various services provided by Trackwrestling. A myTRACK account gives you a personalized browsing experience based on your state and recent activity. Our "Recent" feature allows you to lock in your favorites and conveniently access your recently viewed profiles, tournaments, rankings, and more.   • Parent Account/FloPRO Subscription Linked Account

If there is already a myTRACK account attached to your email address, you can log in to that profile and create an athlete profile to manage your wrestler's profile. The steps to create an athlete-only profile can be viewed HERE. If you have a FloPRO subscription, it can be linked to your myTRACK account. Please note: In order for a Trackwrestling profile to be linked to a FloPRO account, it must have the same information listed for the primary subscriber (name, date of birth and email). Additionally, due to marketing laws, a FloPRO subscription can not be linked to a minor profile. If you do not have a parent account and need to create one or need to create one to link your FloPRO subscription, you can view the steps to create a parent account HERE. If the parent account needs to be linked to a FloPRO subscription, please contact the Trackwrestling customer support team HERE to link your FloPRO account. 

  • Event Registration Financial Account

A financial account must be set up and associated with an event prior to activating registration if online payments are being accepted. You must have a myTRACK account and be logged in before you can access your linked financial account(s). After logging in, click Manage from the black bar and choose Financial Accounts. The financial account will be listed under My Accounts. You can manage the administrators listed on the financial account by clicking Admins. Clicking the red X located to the side of the name. You will use the Add Admin button to add any new admins as needed.

Billing Account

This is the account that is used to order and bill events. By default, this is the login for the events ordered, although it can be changed on a per-event basis inside the event. To log in or create a billing account, click HERE. Event administrators are the hosts of Trackwrestling events. The person who orders the event can add other administrators to the event.

Season Account

  • Team Administrator
    • These are all of your team contacts and may include a combination of any of the following: Athletic Director (AD), Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Sports Information Director (SID), Team Manager, or Other.
  • Assessor
    • Master Assessor, Assessor - These are the administrators who have the ability to enter live assessments (weight certifications) in the season.
  • League Administrator
    • This is a supervisory role used by some governing bodies.
  • Governing Body Administrator
    • Governing body administrators are the representatives of the governing bodies/state associations listed in the season.
