Team admins and assessors can enter wrestler assessments in Trackwrestling to record the wrestler's assessment information and results. The exact information you enter may vary based on the assessment requirements. You can also watch the video for a step-by-step look at the assessment process, then use these instructions while entering your assessment.

Some steps and fields in the assessment process may vary.
If you're entering an appeal, follow the same process used to enter an assessment. The system will identify the assessment as an appeal when applicable.
Enter an Assessment or Appeal
- Log in to Trackwrestling with your username and password.
- Go to the appropriate team:
- If you're an assessor, select the team you want to enter assessments for.
- If you're a coach, select Weight Management from the menu.
- Choose how you want to start:
- To add an assessment to an existing transaction, select that transaction and continue to the assessment steps.
- To start a new transaction, select Add Transaction.
- If you're creating a new transaction:
- Select your name from the assessor list.
- Enter the hydration tester if prompted.
- Select Live as the transaction mode.
- Select Add to open the transaction.
- Select Add Assessment.
- Select the wrestler from the drop-down menu.
- Review or update the assessment date.
- Answer the Passed Hydration question or enter the Specific Gravity value, depending on the options shown.
- Select Next.
- If prompted, select a measurement type and select Next.
- Enter the required measurement data and select Next.
- Review the assessment results.
Add Another Wrestler or Finish
After reviewing the results:
- Select Next Wrestler to enter an assessment for another wrestler.
- Select Finish when you're done entering assessments.
Wrestler Not Listed
If the wrestler doesn't appear in the drop-down menu and a New button is available, select New to add or import the wrestler to the roster.
If the New button isn't available, the wrestler will need to be added from the Roster page before you can continue.
