To print single bout sheets: 

  1. Click on Operations.
  2. Click on Printing and then Bout Sheets. This will take you to the bout schedule page.
  3. Select the bout sheets to print by clicking on the box or selecting all. 
    1. You can use the filters in the Schedule Filter section to filter the bouts.
  4. Click the Print Selected Bouts button.
  5. The page that opens will show the brackets and round that will be printed. Hit the print button again.
  6. A message will appear asking you to Click OK if you would like to mark these bouts as printed. By clicking Ok the bouts will show printed on the bout schedule.  Hitting Cancel will leave them marked as unprinted.

To print multiple bouts per page:

  1. Go to the Bout schedule page.
  2. Click on the Print Selected Bouts button (do not select any bouts).
  3. The Print Bout Sheets page will open.  Here you can select bout sheets to print by Group, Weight Class, Mat, Round, or specific bouts.  
    1. You will need to add match IDs for all of the options except Round (will auto-populate) and Bouts (enter bout numbers to print)  
  4. Add the match IDs for the bracket types (you can click on the blue bracket name to view a sample bracket and get the match IDs)
  5. Select 2 Bouts per sheet from the drop-down menu on the right side of the page
  6. Hit the Print button
    1. A message will appear asking you to Click OK if you would like to mark these bouts as printed. By clicking ok, the bouts will show printed on the bout schedule.  Hitting cancel will leave them marked as unprinted.
  7. Bouts to be printed will open, right-click or Ctrl P to print.

To print a Blank bout sheet:

  1. Click the Left Menu.
  2. Select Print documents.
  3. Click on Bout Sheets.
  4. Click the Advanced Settings button.
  5. Scroll down to where it says View Sample. Tab through the fields and delete the information.
  6. Click the View Sample button.  A message will open saying Click Ok if you would like to see the grid lines on the bout sheet. Click cancel (prints red grid lines on the bout sheet).
  7. The bout sheet will open; right-click to print.  You can also save it as a PDF from the print page.

*Pro Tip: It is a good idea to save a PDF of a blank bout sheet to your computer, in case you need it. You can print them out to use for exhibition matches or in case you need to move to paper in the event of an internet outage.
