Tie-breaking criteria determine how ties are resolved during your tournament. Follow the steps below to configure the order in which tiebreakers are applied. Watch the video below for a step-by-step walkthrough of the process.
Enable Tie Breaking
- Go to Setup > Settings.
- Set Use Tie Breaking to Yes.
- Refresh the page.
Configure Tie-Breaking Criteria
- Go to Setup > Tie Breaking.
- Select the tie-breaking criteria you want to use.
- Use Move Up and Move Down to arrange the priority.
- Click Save Order.
