A Worker login provides limited access to your tournament using a predefined set of permissions that cannot be changed. Worker logins are designed for event staff who need access to specific tournament functions, such as registering athletes on-site, entering weigh-ins, scoring matches, displaying the mat assignment display, or using the announcer display. Follow the steps below to add a worker account, and watch the video below to see the setup process in action.

*Please go to mark 7:18.

Add a Worker

  1. Go to the Workers tab in the tournament user management section.
  2. Click Add Worker.
  3. Enter the required information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Username
    • Password
  4. Click Add to create the worker account.

Tip

You do not need to create a separate login for each worker. You can create a shared worker login using a generic name, such as Table for the first name and username, and Worker for the last name and password.

Note

Do not use special characters in the password, such as !, @, #, or $.

Manage Worker Login Access

After creating the account, you can control when the worker is allowed to access the tournament.

  • Set the worker's status to Valid Online to allow the worker to log in.
  • Change the status to Invalid Online to prevent the worker from logging in before or after the event.
