Often, when an event will not copy to the testing/staging site, it is because there are special characters in the additional tournament information section on the page, normally at the beginning and end of the information listed there. To check this:
- Log in to the tournament as an administrator
- Go to the Setup menu and click on Settings.
- Look at the additional tournament information box and remove any special characters at the beginning and end of the information.
- Click the Save Tournament Info button
- Go back to the Setup menu and click on Import Settings to copy to testing again.
*If you are using Internet Explorer, there are times when you will not get directed to our testing site and will see a blank white screen. Please note that Trackwrestling typically works best with the Google Chrome browser.
Most of the time, the tournament has been copied, and you can just go to staging.trackwrestling.com and search for it.
