Planning a tournament comes with a lot of moving pieces, and knowing your costs ahead of time can make things easier. Trackwrestling lets you estimate your tournament fees before your event so you can plan your budget. Your final cost is based on the actual number of wrestlers who participate.
You may also qualify to have your event management fees waived by using Trackwrestling for registration and online payments.
Estimate your tournament cost
To get an estimate before your tournament:
- Go to the Trackwrestling home page.
- Select Track.
- Select Prices.
- Enter your estimated number of wrestlers to calculate an estimated cost.
You can also estimate your tournament cost using the Trackwrestling pricing tool.
Your final cost is based on the actual number of wrestlers, and you will be invoiced after your event is complete.
Qualify for waived event management fees
Events that use Trackwrestling registration and collect online payments through Trackwrestling for at least 75% of participants can have their event management invoice waived.
To qualify:
- Set up your event. Use Trackwrestling for event management, registration, and online payments.
- Collect entries and payments. Use Trackwrestling to collect participant entries and payments and meet the minimum usage requirement.
- Run your tournament. Move wrestlers from registration to brackets and manage your event in Trackwrestling.
- Receive your registration fees. Online registration fees are paid out after your event without event management fees being deducted or a separate event management invoice.
Events must meet the online payment requirement to qualify for waived event management fees.
