Number schemes help keep matches organized and moving efficiently, making it easier for coaches, wrestlers, and event staff to follow the tournament. Follow the steps below to set up your number schemes, or check out the video for a visual walkthrough.

Create Number Schemes for Each Mat

1. Click Number Schemes from the Setup, Bracketing, or Operating menu.
2. Click Add Mat Schemes.
3. Trackwrestling creates a number scheme for each mat in your tournament.
4. To change the starting number for a mat, click its number.
5. Enter the bout number you want that mat to start with.
6. Repeat as needed for the remaining mats.

Tip

A recommended numbering approach is to start Mat 1 at bout 101, Mat 2 at bout 201, and continue the pattern for additional mats. This makes it easier to find a specific bout and cuts down on the confusion of there being multiples of the same number.
