You can update a wrestler's season record using match data from the wrestler's Matches page. Setting the correct competition level for the wrestler, events, and individual matches helps Trackwrestling use the appropriate matches when updating the record. Watch the video to follow the level-setting process on screen, then use the instructions below to make sure the wrestler's record uses the intended matches.
How Competition Levels Affect the Season Record
The Update Selected Records option on the roster page uses match data listed on a wrestler's Matches page.
The level assigned to the wrestler affects which matches are included:
- If the wrestler doesn't have a level assigned on the Roster page, the updated record includes matches regardless of level.
- If the wrestler is assigned Varsity, the record uses matches marked as Varsity.
- The same approach applies to other assigned levels, such as JV or Exhibition.
For the most accurate record, make sure the appropriate levels are assigned to the wrestler, events, and individual matches before updating the record.
