If you need to override automatic mat assignments, you can manually assign bouts to specific mats using the electronic bout system. This is helpful when adjusting schedules, balancing mat usage, or accommodating last-minute changes. Follow the steps below to manually assign bouts, or watch the video below to see the process.

Assign Bouts to Mats

  1. Go to Operating > Bout Detail.
  2. Use the Bout Filter or scroll to locate the bouts you want to assign.
  3. Assign a mat using one of the following methods:
    • Use the dropdown next to an individual bout.
    • Select multiple bouts and use the Assign Mat dropdown to update them all at once.
