Single Dual meet

To add a single dual meet to your college schedule, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Schedule from the top menu.
  2. Click Add Event.
  3. Select Single Dual Meet as the event type.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter the event info, then click Next.
  6. Select the opponent from the list. Select New Team if you do not see the team.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Set the level dropdown to the correct level.

Match Creation:

  • If the dual has one bout per weight class, select Create one match per weight.
  • If the dual is a JV or exhibition dual, and you are adding matches by pairing wrestlers up, you should select Create matches as needed. This will allow you to skip weight classes, have multiple bouts per weight class, and will not require you to have exactly one bout per weight class.

Multi-dual or dual tournament:

To add a multi-dual or dual team tournament to your college schedule, please follow these steps:

For a multi-dual or dual tournament:

  1. Select the event from the list or select New Event.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Click on the event name.
  4. Click Teams to add teams to the event.
  5. Click Duals to add duals to this event.

Individual Tournament or individual matches

To add an individual tournament or individual matches to your college schedule, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the event from the list or select New Event.
  2. Select Individual Tournament/Ind. Matches and the level of the event.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter the name of your event.
  5. Type the name of your venue and select it from the list of geolinked locations. This will autopopulate the venue address.
  6. Enter your start and end times and select the host team. * If you are not the host team, you should wait for the host team to add the event to the schedule. This will avoid duplicate events.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click the New Event box and hit the Next button.
  9. Select your format and enter the requested tournament information to get the tournament registered.
  10. Read and check both acknowledgment boxes and hit the Next button.
  11. This will add the event to the schedule.
  12. Once it has been approved, click on the gray Trackwrestling icon.
  13. Click on the Order Event button and log in to your billing account to order the event.

*Please note you will not be able to order a college event unless it has been added to the host team's schedule and has been approved by the governing body administrators.
